Join the Lake Effect Concert Band and the Polar Vortex jazz ensemble for an old-fashioned concert in the park. (Bring your lawn chair/camping chair with you!) The Lake Effect Concert Band will be presenting a program of classical and popular music related to France and Polar Vortex will be swinging with hits by Duke Ellington, Henry Mancini, and more!
